FamTap

One tap tells your family you're okay.

FamTap is a daily reassurance ritual. A parent or grandparent taps once a day and captures a quick photo. Their family sees that they're okay, plus a small slice of their day. If the day's window closes with no check-in, the family is alerted.

PLACEHOLDER — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. FamTap is not an emergency service, not a medical device, and not a care-coordination platform. Do not rely on FamTap in an emergency; call your local emergency number.

About our text messages

Who we are

FamTap is a family check-in service operated by Bizvizor LLC. Contact support@getfamtap.com. The registered business address is filed with our messaging provider as part of A2P brand registration; it is not published here.

What we send

FamTap sends two kinds of SMS, and nothing else. We never send marketing messages.

How consent is obtained

PLACEHOLDER — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. A family member sets FamTap up and enters the mobile number of the person they want to check on, and of anyone who should be alerted. Each of those people receives a single invitation text and must accept it before any further messages are sent. Nobody is enrolled without accepting an invitation, and anyone can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

Message frequency

One invitation message per person at setup. After that, messages are sent only when a check-in is missed — typically none in a normal week. [CONFIRM the frequency figure stated to carriers matches the campaign registration.]
